Grabin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niemodlin, within Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Niemodlin and 31 km (19 mi) west of the regional capital Opole. During that era, the name was spelled Grüben (Geeman), and its county was named “Falkenburg.” For the most part, citizens of German descent removed from Grüben/Grabin at the end of World War Two.
