The Gorky Railway is a subsidiary of the Russian Railways headquartered in Nizhny Novgorod. The railway network serves nine federal subjects of the Russian Federation: Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Vladimir Oblast, Kirov Oblast, Ryazan Oblast, Mordovia, Chuvashia, Udmurtia, Tatarstan, and Mari El.
