Gordon Pennell was a Canadian professional hockey player who played 383 games for the Buffalo Bisons in the American Hockey League. He was named to the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame in 2005. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Pennell played for the St. James and Winnipeg Canadians of the MJHL in 1947 and 1948. He next played his last junior season with the OHA Junior A Barrie Flyers scoring 30 goals & 67 points in only 46 games. He also had 6 goals in 8 games in the 1949 Memorial cup playdowns. Signed
