Goodmans was a British consumer electronics company. Dissolved 22 February 2022 according to companies house gov.uk Goodmans was Founded in London, in 1923, the company started as a manufacturer of loudspeakers for public address systems. Production and engineering originally took place in Wembley, London before moving to the town of Havant, Hampshire. In the 1960s, Goodmans extended their products to amplifiers with the introduction of the Maxamp30, the first British made solid state amplifier.
