text: Gonaepa heliarcha is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1886. It is found on New Guinea. The wingspan is about 13 mm. The forewings are bright orange, with purplish black markings and a large basal patch, extending on the costa to two-thirds and on the inner margin to two-fifths, the outer edge is irregular, tolerably straight, with a small transverse spot in the middle of the disc.
