Gmina Twardogóra is an urban-rural gmina in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Twardogóra, which lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Oleśnica, and 40 kilometres (25 mi) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław. The gmina covers an area of 167.99 square kilometres (64.9 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 13,008. It is part of the larger Wrocław metropolitan area.
