Gmina Platerów is a rural gmina in Łosice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Platerów, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Łosice and 125 km (78 mi) east of Warsaw. The gmina covers an area of 128.97 square kilometres (49.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,163. The gmina contains part of the protected area called Podlasie Bug Gorge Landscape Park.
