Gmina Nowa Sarzyna is an urban-rural gmina in Leżajsk County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Nowa Sarzyna, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Leżajsk and 40 km (25 mi) north-east of the regional capital Rzeszów. The gmina covers an area of 144.55 square kilometres (55.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 21,296.
