Gmina Iława is a rural gmina in Iława County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Iława, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The gmina covers an area of 423.55 square kilometres (163.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 11,828. The gmina contains part of the protected area called Iława Lake District Landscape Park.
