Gmina Drohiczyn is an urban-rural gmina in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Drohiczyn, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Siemiatycze and 87 km (54 mi) south-west of the regional capital Białystok. The gmina covers an area of 207.96 square kilometres (80.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,815.
