Gmina Dobra is an urban-rural gmina in Łobez County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Dobra, which lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) west of Łobez and 52 km (32 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin. The gmina covers an area of 116.10 square kilometres (44.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,440.
