Glade Run is a tributary of the West Branch Susquehanna River in Northumberland County and Lycoming County, in Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is approximately 6.5 miles (10.5 km) long and flows through Lewis Township in Northumberland County and Muncy Creek Township and Muncy in Lycoming County.
