Garrha rufimaculella is a moth in the family Oecophoridae. It was described by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1896. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland. The wingspan is about 19 mm. The forewings are pinkish-ochreous, with scattered scales of a deeper pink forming indistinct markings and a dot in the disc before the middle, a second beyond the middle and a faintly indicated line from the middle of the costa obliquely outwards, sharply bent in the disc at five sixths,
