text: There have been three baronetcies created for persons with the surname Foulis, one in the Baronetage of England and two in the Baronetage of Nova Scotia. The Foulis Baronetcy, of Ingleby in the County of York, was created in the Baronetage of England on 6 February 1620 for David Foulis. The third Baronet sat as Member of Parliament for Northallerton.
