Forsyth is a city in and the county seat of Monroe County, Georgia, United States. The population was 4,384 at the 2020 census, up from 3,788 in 2010. Forsyth is part of the Macon metropolitan statistical area. The Forsyth Commercial Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a tourist attraction.
