Foresto Sparso is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,983 and an area of 7.7 square kilometres (3.0 sq mi). Foresto Sparso borders the following municipalities: Adrara San Martino, Berzo San Fermo, Entratico, Villongo, Zandobbio.
