Flisa is the administrative centre of Åsnes Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village lies at the confluence of the rivers Flisa and Glomma. The Norwegian National Road 2 and the Solørbanen railway line both pass through the village. The village of Kjellmyra is located about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the north of this village. Åsnes Church is located on the west side of Flisa. The 1.81-square-kilometre (450-acre) village has a population (2021) of 1,712 and a population density of 946
