The Men's downhill competition at the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2023 was held at L'Éclipse ski course in Courchevel, France, on Sunday, 12 February. Switzerland's Marco Odermatt won the gold medal, Aleksander Aamodt Kilde of Norway took the silver, and the bronze medalist was Cameron Alexander of Canada.
