Fidelis Oditah KC, SAN is a Nigerian barrister and an authority on insolvency law. He served as President of the Nigerian Branch of the International Law Association from 2014-2023. Oditah was born in Nigeria. At the age of twenty he graduated from the University of Lagos with a first-class degree in law and twelve of the thirteen available prizes (1984).
