Evett (Korean: 에빗) is a fine dining restaurant in Seoul, South Korea. It first opened in 2019, and received one Michelin star from 2020 through 2024. The restaurant incorporates elements of Korean and other cuisines. Its owner-chef is Joseph Lidgerwood, an Australian from Tasmania. He has experience cooking in the United Kingdom, the United States, and in Scandinavia. In 2016, he first arrived in South Korea and opened a pop-up restaurant.
