Evarcha praeclara is a species of jumping spider in the genus Evarcha that lives in Iran, Israel, South Sudan, Sudan, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen. The first examples of the spider were first identified by Eugène Simon in the early twentieth century in what is now Southern Sudan, but it was not until 2003 that the species was formally described by Jerzy Prószyński and Wanda Wesołowska.
