Evarcha certa is a species of jumping spider in the genus Evarcha that lives in Guinea and Ethiopia. It thrives in grasslands, particularly near bodies of water like the Baro River and in areas of high altitude such as the Guinea Highlands. The species was first described in 2002 by Christine Rollard and Wanda Wesołowska.
