It is known from Labrador, Ungava Bay, Hudson Bay, the Canadian Arctic, Svalbard, the Barents Sea, Franz Josef Land, Greenland, the Kara Sea, the Laptev Sea, the East Siberian Sea, the Chukchi Sea, and the Sea of Okhotsk.
