Erik Fresen is a former Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 114th District, which stretches from West Miami to Cutler Bay in northeastern Miami-Dade County, from 2012 to 2016. He previously represented the 111th District from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, he pled guilty to tax evasion in 2011 and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
