Enrique de Vera Macaraeg was a Filipino prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. Born in Manila, Macaraeg was ordained as a priest in 1979. He was appointed Bishop of Tarlac in 2016, serving until his death in 2023. Macaraeg was the chairman of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines – Episcopal Commission on the Laity (ECLA) until his death.
