Enigmotrema is a fungal genus in the family Graphidaceae. It contains only one known species, Enigmotrema rubrum, a lichen which was discovered in Costa Rica. Both the genus and species were first described in 2012 by the lichenologist Robert Lücking. The genus name combines the Greek words for "mystery" and "hole", referring to the unusual appearance of its reproductive structures.
