Elizabeth Orr Shaw was an American lawyer and politician. A Republican, she served in the Iowa House of Representatives for the 43rd district from 1967 to 1971 and for the 78th district from 1971 to 1973. She was a member of the Iowa Senate for the 40th district from 1973 to 1977.
