Elaine Annette Schreiber was an Australian Paralympic table tennis player and field games athlete. She contracted Poliomyelitis as a child. Schreiber, who lived most of her life in Armadale Victoria, was a typist / telephonist employed by the St Kilda City Council, St Kilda Victoria. She worked in the Town Clerk's department for 17 years prior to the 1964 Summer Paralympics.
