Eileen Aw is a Singaporean medical practitioner and Girl Guide leader. She served as the Chief Commissioner of the Singapore Girl Guides Association from 1977 to 1984, the first director of the Social Development Unit from 1984 to 1990 and the Executive and Medical Director of the St Luke's Hospital from its founding in 1996 to 1999.
