Egor Kuroptev is a Russian and Georgian political activist and media manager. Kuroptev currently holds the position of the director of the "Free Russia Foundation" in South Caucasus. Manager of project of fake accounts on social networks "Elf Farm"( ботоферма "Фабрика Эльфов").
He also produces media project "Пограничная ZONA". From September, 2019 Kuroptev represents distribution of the German Public broadcaster "Deutsche Welle" in South Caucasus.
