Edward Gaulkin was an American jurist and prosecutor from New Jersey. Gaulkin was born in the city of Minsk, then in the Russian Empire; his family emigrated to the United States in 1906. Gaulkin attended Columbia University, the University of Denver's College of Law, and New York University School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1929. He was the Recorder and Township Attorney for Livingston, New Jersey in the 1930s and 1940s, was the Deputy Essex County Surrogate from 1947–48, and the Fir
