text: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the DUSP3 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues.
