Duncan Gordon Sinclair is an American-born Canadian academic. He was inducted into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame in 2015. He was born in Rochester, New York, and received a DVM from the Ontario Veterinary College, an MSc from the University of Toronto and a PhD in physiology from Queen's University. From 1962-1963 he pursued post-doctoral medical research at Columbia University and from 1963 to 1965, he pursued post-doctoral medical research at St John's College, Cambridge. From 1974 to 1983
