text: Doi Chiang Dao, also known as Doi Luang Chiang Dao, is a 2,175 metres (7,136 ft) high mountain in Chiang Dao District of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. It is one of the highest peaks of the Daen Lao Range on the Thai side of the border. Doi Chiang Dao is part of a limestone massif located 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) west-northwest of Chiang Dao town and less than 40 kilometres (25 mi) south of the border with Myanmar at the eastern end of the Thai highlands.
