text: The Doerner Fir, also known as the Brummitt Fir, is a record-setting Coast Douglas-fir in Oregon, is one of the tallest known trees in the world which is not a redwood (Sequoioideae), at 327 feet (99.7 m). The Doerner Fir was previously measured in 1991 at 329 feet (100.3 m) tall but had lost 2 feet (0.6 m) as of the latest measurement, in 2008. It is approximately the same height as Centurion, a specimen of Eucalyptus regnans located in southern Tasmania, and as the tallest known specimen of Ye
