Dimitsana is a mountain village and a former municipality in Arcadia, Peloponnese, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it has been part of the municipality Gortynia, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 110.759 km. Dimitsana is built on the ruins of the ancient town Teuthis. It has been registered as a traditional settlement. Dimitsana is built on a mountain slope at an elevation of 950 meters.
