Dichomeris caryophragma is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1923. It is found in Guyana and Pará, Brazil. The wingspan is 20–23 mm (0.79–0.91 in). The forewings are ferruginous ochreous, suffused with ferruginous-brown costal and subcostal streaks confluent posteriorly and not reaching the apex. The costal edge is suffused with dark fuscous and there are two ferruginous-brown dots obliquely placed in the disc at one-third, sometimes absorbed in the subcosta
