The Dhaka Second Division Football League is the fourth-tier football league in Bangladesh and the second-highest league division in Dhaka. It was officially founded in 1948 as the league below the First Division Football League when Bangladesh was under Pakistani rule. Until 1992, it served as the second-tier of Bangladeshi football before being replaced by the now-defunct Dhaka First Division Football League.
