text: The Davson Baronetcy, of Berbice in British Guiana, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 21 January 1927 for Edward Rae Davson. He was Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire and a member of the Imperial Economic Committee and the Colonial Development Advisory Committee. Davson married Margot Elinor, daughter of Clayton Louis Glyn and his wife, the novelist Elinor Glyn. He was succeeded by his eldest son, the second Baronet. Like
