Daniella Tilbury is a Gibraltarian academic, educator and sustainable development leader who was the first woman in her country to hold the title of university professor. Tilbury was the inaugural Vice-Chancellor and CEO of the University of Gibraltar, and became the first Commissioner for Sustainable Development in May 2018.
