Daniel Fernández Torres is a Puerto Rican Catholic prelate who served as bishop of the Diocese of Arecibo in Puerto Rico from 2010 to 2022. He spent the years 2007 to 2010 as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of San Juan in Puerto Rico. Fernández was removed as bishop of Arecibo by Pope Francis on March 9, 2021, after refusing a papal request to resign.
