Daniel Johnson Burn is an English professional footballer who plays as a left-back or centre-back for Premier League club Newcastle United. Burn made his debut in the Football League for Darlington in 2009 and joined Fulham at the end of the 2010–11 season, having made 19 appearances for Darlington. He spent the 2012–13 season on loan to Yeovil Town, for whom he made 41 appearances, and spent part of the following season on loan to Birmingham City. He joined Wigan Athletic when his contract with
