Courtney Stringer is an American singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the Canadian heavy metal band Spiritbox. Born in the United States, LaPlante began singing in bands as a teenager after moving to Canada. She first gained success as the lead singer of the now-defunct American metalcore band Iwrestledabearonce.
