Copella arnoldi, commonly known as the splash tetra or the splashing tetra, is a species of tropical freshwater fish belonging to the family Lebiasinidae. It is native to South America. The fish is named in honor of German aquarist Johann Paul Arnold (1869-1952), who collected the type specimen.
