text: Compsolechia trapezias is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1922. It is found in Brazil. The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are brownish ochreous with a faint pinkish tinge, whitish sprinkled in the disc, around the subterminal line more rosy ochreous. There is a black median dot at the base and an oblique blackish fasciate streak from the dorsum at one-fifth, the apex curved over posteriorly and pointed.
