The Companies (Consolidation) Act 1908 was an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, which was part of the company law of that country and of the Republic of Ireland. This Act was one of the Companies Acts 1908 to 1928. This Act was to be construed as one with the Companies Act 1913. The whole Act was repealed by section 381(1) of, and Part I of the Twelfth Schedule to, the Companies Act 1929, subject to sections 381(2) and 382 of that Act.
