Comocritis nephelista is a moth in the family Xyloryctidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1914. It is found in Sri Lanka. The wingspan is 16–20 mm (0.63–0.79 in). The forewings are white brownish irrorated (sprinkled) with dark fuscous, more strongly posteriorly. There is a suffused white streak along the costa from about one-third to near the apex and two small indistinct dark fuscous spots obliquely placed towards the costa at one-fourth.
