Colin Herman Chisholm was a Canadian politician. He represented the electoral district of Antigonish in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1949 to 1956. He was a member of the Nova Scotia Liberal Party. Born in 1919, Chisholm was a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, and Macdonald College. He married Eleanor MacDonald.
