Clear Creek is a stream in Monroe and Shelby counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of Crooked Creek. The stream headwaters are in southern Shelby County west of Shelbina at 39°42′28″N 92°05′25″W and the confluence with Crooked Creek is just upstream from the Mark Twain Lake in northern Monroe County at 39°35′21″N 91°57′23″W. Clear Creek was so named on account of the clarity of the water it contains.
