CJWL's studios are located in the Glebe at 150 Isabella Street, while its transmitter is located in downtown Ottawa. Evanov announced on September 5, 2024, that the station, along with CKHK-FM in Hawkesbury and CHRC-FM in Rockland, Ontario are to close effective September 20, 2024 due to " a difficult media climate, and the residual effects of the pandemic
